Update hex-rsc editor for 9os.
A lot of bugs has been corrected!
Basic:
Departing in editing and jump on a string with control characters.
Inability to enter a 2-byte characters (in hex.

Choose an option RSC>>> RSC (i did not know how to call) and follow the instructions. Selecting old (V.100) has not yet been translated rsc-file ,then the old (V.100) has been translated by us (our rsc) and in the end, rsc-file of the new version (V.101) and smoke ...
The program will do everything for you, and eventually generate rsc for a new version by replacing all the same, has already translated resources from your rsc,will only translate the changes.The function was tested on the update rsc TTPOD 3.1 to version TTPOD 3.2. The program has replaced about 70% of resources!.
