Description:
Ver 1.01, for Android OS 2.1 and up
The introduction of the ‘new’ HbA1c (mmol/mol) causes problems for many health care providers as well as many patients with diabetes. The main problem is converting the old HbA1c value to the new one, and vice versa. People get more and more acquainted with new HbA1c values like 53 mmol/mol (=7%) or 64 mmol/mol (=8%), but especially values that are outside this range pose interpretation difficulties. Therefore, Langerhans has developed a free bi-directional unit conversion calculator for Android products: The “Langerhans HbA1c Calculator”.
