The KP app gives Kaiser Permanente health plan members the tools to access their medical records, refill prescriptions, make appointments, and send nonurgent messages to their doctors. Members and nonmembers alike can search for Kaiser Permanente medical facilities anywhere.
If you belong to a Kaiser Permanente health plan and already have your user ID and password, use this app to sign on to many of the secure features of My health manager, our online collection of tools for members.
? My medical record: See your health history at your fingertips. Your secure, electronic medical record includes a health summary, information on allergies and immunizations, details about prescriptions and any ongoing health conditions, health care reminders, and most lab test results.
